Our recent rainy weather has given me a chance to update my site with the
last (latest) picture of that Styrofoam carving I created for the 120g
tank.
http://www.2cah.com/netmax/diy_projects/sculpture2/sculpture2.shtml The
Julies are definitely enjoying the caves. It'll all look better when
covered in algae and some creeping plants. I still have to design a
canopy, but I'm in no rush. It's a Fall-Winter project which will
hopefully include some of the newer LED technologies and perhaps some
type of terrestrial plant filtration incorporated into it.

I'm now off on my annual summer break from aquaria, so my postings will
slow down a bit, but all the regulars will know how to reach me. Hope
everyone enjoys their summer, their ponds or whatever else brings you
good health and enjoyment. See y'all later.

Wow, that looks awesome. Great idea to use styrofoam rocks. I also love
the driftwood roots, like a mangrove swamp.

How did you hold the styrofoam down, with only silicone? You mentioned
drywall screws, did you screw them into the bottom of the tank?
