Well, seems Vlad the betta didn't want to hang on long enough to get some
advice. Woke up this morning and found him lying on the bottom already gone.
Darn shame. Yesterday it seemed he'd perked up after being transferred to the
hospital tank, made a few loops and all. Then whabbo. I thought with body rot
the poor little guys had to suffer weeks before succumbing? Maybe it's better
this way but I was expecting to be able to at least give it a shot!

The platy I thought might be getting it is now taken off the suspect list. I
think removing Vlad upset their balance or something because the platys have
been bickering more than usual after that. So after watching the tank for a
few hours I've decided that the lighter tinge isn't rot but scuffing. Which I
don't think is all that good but better than a need for a flush. My eye's on
him though and after a boil, the little tank might have to turn hospital again.
Blabbity blah. ;)

There's my ramble

Jessica
(Oh please let the tank cycle...)

FYI in case it wasn't a simple type-o.....
It's Betta, not Beta.
