Vancouver, BC - Show Guppies

I'm looking to start a tank again and would like to stock it with show
guppies. Anyone know of a club in Vancouver, BC where I can purchase some?

Don't know anyone in BC, but there's a group here in Seattle you can
talk to. We have a few members who've been very active in guppies for
a long time and might give you some leads. One of our members
mentioned a guppy group in Canada. If you want to check with her, the
e-mail is , website
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/waguppygroup/. We're working with the
IFGA to get formal status now so we can start hosting guppy shows in
Seattle in a year or two.

You can find good guppies at www.aquabid.com. The IFGA has a list of
breeders you can buy from, web address http://www.ifga.org. Some of
the Washington Guppy Group members already breed show quality guppies
and sell both locally and by mail.

If you can't find anyone in Vancouver join our club!

There is a fish club in Vancouver, the Vancouver Aquatic Hobbyist
Club. I do not know of any member who specializes in guppies, but some
of them might know somebody who does. Meetings are the first Wednesday
of every month except July, August, November (replaced by an all-day
annual auction) and January, at the Aquarium in Stanley Park, door #5,
at 7:30 p.m.
