my fish are hovering the bottom of the deepest part of the pond. I haven't noticed any threat of a heron. What else could be causing them to act "scared"?

Bullfrogs, raccoons in the night, King Fishers, water snakes, snapping
turtles, a dog that took a swim, kids tossing rocks into the pond.
