I had a betta fish and it
died. I want to get another
but know I must clean the bowl
and gravel before putting a
new one in it. What is the
best way to clean these so
they are free of anything that
might have killed the previous
fish?
Thanks in advance

I just wipe it out with a paper towel and water.
if a disease killed the fish then the fish was already sick with the
disease, it was more likely bad water quality (ammonia/nitrite/temp) or
incorrect feeding that killed it.
Also not many diseases handle the bowl merely being dried out or being left
setup without a host for 2 weeks
at least then the bowl may have been matured a bit
:)
sorry to sound harsh but yea relax
