Am I right in thinking that fish won't feed in the dark? I'm rapidly
approaching the time of year when I leave for work in the dark, and arrive
home from work in the dark. This presents a feeding problem. Thoughts??

==================
We can hear our koi jumping in the ponds at night, probably after insects.
Try it and see if they come up for the food.

My son-in-law has been caring for my pond for the last 5 years or more. He
feeds the koi and goldfish at sunrise and shortly after sunset, as did I.
One Ogon, two Kohaku and one Comet in 600 gallons. They have thrived for
over ten years.
