How to rear baby mollies...

So we had a few mollies, and a few little ones appear..they've grown to
about 1/2 inch over the last 3-4 months but don't seem to be getting as big
as they adults fish...

Whats the best advice to getting them to grow? And how long would/should it
take for them to reach maturity??
