When do I stop medication?

I had a sick betta, (which I talked a bit about in a couple posts
here) He seems to be doing a lot better. Used to be at the bottom of
the bowl now he floats more towards the top but he swims around a lot
more then a couple months ago

My question is when should I stop giving him anti biotics? One of his
fins is still ripped but I dont' think that will ever grow back cause
he flaps it around so much. Well thanks for any advice you can give.

Just follow the directions on the bottle or container. A week to 10 days
is usually long enough.
