I have 4 oscars in a 55 gallon tank three of them are about 2 inches
and the fourth one is about 5 inches. The larger one attacks one of the
smaller ones. I know I need a larger tank, but for now is there
anything I can do in the meantime? Is there any medication I can put
into the tank to speed up the healing process?

In my experience the larger aggressive fish will keep it up until he
kills the smaller one. Sometimes it from wounds, but mostly it's the
constant stress and keeping him from eating. You can try to separate them
with a tank divider, but it's just a matter of time.
