Tank stocking suggestions

Now that my tank is starting to cycle....I need some stocking
suggestings.

The tank is a 3 foot planted tank. Ph is around 7 or a little lower.

Right now I am thinking cory cats, dwarf chained loaches, black neon
tetras, Rasbaoras....and I don't know...any other suggestions or
substitutions?

Rasboras are great. And with your low pH I'd go for school of larger, more
aggressive tetras like flames, bloodfins, or even Buenos Aires.
