Possible sick Angel

I have a 29 gal tank with 4 angels. Have had for couple of years.
Today noticed a solitary white raised spot and the upper part of one of
my Angel fish just above the mouth. Any thoughts on what that might be
and what treatment needed. Thanks

My first thought would be ich, but since it is only one spot it might
be another disease. Has the angel rubbed against objects in the
aquarium, as if its was scrathing itself?

Thanks for your response. I don't think its ich, because it is much
larger growth coming out of the top of his head. A closer look it
appears white and fuzzy. And only one.
