Anubias Nana

There's a strange thing coming out of my plant and I think it might be a
flower... it looks like a bulb for the moment and it's not open yet... if

It could very well be a flower. The leaves tend to look like rolled up
leaves, and not like a bud (at least to my eyes). For a picture of a
flowering anubias nana, try
