bala shark

I have 2 bala sharks 2" long in a 55g aquarium, one of them is loosing the
tail, it looks like it's being eaten. what can I do? help please?

find whose doing it!
any barbs in there?
otherwise may be the fish
try adding a few more if theres enuf room
bala are the only sharks that like to school that people keep reguarly
