Hi,
I live in France on the border with Switzerland and was told the other day,
by my LFS, that ammonia test kits were banned last November. His reason was
that one of the chemicals was harmful to guys.

Now with the upgrade of my tank I have the usual milky water, but no way of
measuring the ammonia. The N & N readings are zero but I would love to be
able to see my ammonia readings. Is it banned anywhere else? I'm back in the
UK tomorrow so I'm might pass by a pet store and pick a test kit up there.
Pet shop nr Reading anyone?

Cheers

A

Ammonia test kits are readily available in UK - I bought one on Saturday!
Sorry, I can't help with a LFS in/near Reading.
