Fish problem

Hi there people...

I`m having a bit of a dilemma with some fish...
I`ve had a pink gourami , blue gourami and a male guppy die within a
week....

the gourami`s seem to just sit on the bottom and not swim much , gradually
deteriorates...
guppy was just dead when i woke up in the morning....

it`s a 4 ft. tank , with Eheim 2217 external filter..
water change at least once every 2 weeks...
all live plants , PH is neutral...

We need more info.

How many other fish in the tank, what species?
Readings for ammonia, nitrite, temperature
Do you inject CO2? If so, what is the level?
Have you added new fish or plants recently? If so, did you quarantine
them first?
How long has the tank been setup?
How often do you clean the filter?
Do you use dechlorinator with water changes?
