I just acquire a large sweeplips. The thing is, it doesn't seems to eat
nothing other than ghost shrimp.
How can I get this fish interested in regular food (frozen, flakes, pellets)
?

Also, any comments about behavior and reef safety.

Thanks,

Ruben

Try frozen or freeze-dried prawn. Try frozen Mysis shrimp. If you think the
problem is that the fish likes only live food, put the food into an area where
your pump or powerhead discharge will kick it around. I used to train Lionfish
to take pieces of shrimp by jigging the shrimp on a piece of sewing thread, but
I'm not sure how well that would work with something the size of a prawn.

If you torture the data long enough, eventually it will confess
to anything.

Everybody likes shrimp the best :-)
Fish are like children, they tend to eat only what
they like best except when they are not given a choice.
