After lots of recommendations for feeding my lovelies green vegies... How do
most people serve them?

Cabbage would be fairly easy, but zucchini?

The snails were easy; cut it up and blanche it, throw it in and they loved
it...

I'm not a world expert in this subject - but I slice the zucchini (~5mm
thick), wind an elastic band around it and slip a weight (small stone)
between the band and the zucchini. I then drop to the bottom!

I mean that I drop 'it' to the bottom :-;

Take a small saucer and cut up your baby marrows/cucumber or whatever into
pieces, lay them all flat on the saucer and stick it in the freezer. Wait
till they go solid and dump those into the tank, they sink right away. Only
cut enough for say 3 days, they seem to go miffy if in the freezer for
longer than that...
