So I know have a Penguin 125 running. Takes up a bit more room, and makes a
bit more noise, but that is all right. It is rated for 30 gallons, so it
should do swimmingly on our little 10. I threw half of the old all-in-one
filter in there as well to jump-start the bacteria colonty and get it to
transfer onto the bacteria wheel faster. About how long should it take?? A
couple of days, weeks, or should I just wait until the bacteria wheel turns
a funky colour??
