Those of you who have followed my posts will Know I am new to the hobby and
here is a scare.
Cycled 160l tank 5 weeks when time was right 2 weekends ago added some fish
everything ok.
Got up this morning to a very milky white cloud bloom almost like fog a real
pea souper.
All the fish seem fine, just really cloudy water, before leaving for work I
done a 30% water change.
Should I be doing anything else aswell ?
Thanks for any advice,

It's a bacterial cloud; which means you probably have more fish than the
filter was dealing with. I think you should probably do water changes
every day and cut back on feeding. and make sure you dechlorinate the
water, chlorine kills bacteria, good and bad alike.
someone who knows what they're talking about should probably but in at
this point ;-)

This is a bacterial bloom which is quite normal in a new tank, the best thing
you can do is grin and bear it,it will go away on its own, however if you try
to get rid of it artificially you will end up prolonging it.Just keep to
normal water changes .

That's your filter trying to catch up to the number of fish you have
'now'... while it's getting established, it's got to build up enough 'media'
to adequately handle the waste your new fish are producing...
Best thing is to watch and wait... when it's back to clear, do a 20% water
change and you're done... literally, done with your cycle... Your tank will
have cycled the final time, or until you add more fish and then it shouldn't
even give a bacterial bloom anymore....

Thanks for the advice people, I did another 30% water change last night and
see that this morning it has calmed down.
Definitely a white milky cloud thus pointing to a bacterial bloom then, and
as you mentioned the fish are not effected at all.
Still I needed the reassurance, so thanks.
