View Full Version : Midwest Aquatic - do they exist?

Hello;
I ordered a sulfer denitrifier from them a couple of days ago off their web
page. So far all I've received is a confirmation of the order from paypal, that
a label was sent to UPS for shipping and that their is a credit authorization
on my card (which has not been processed yet.) There is a tracking number but
nothing has been shipped (after two days.) Usually you get some communication
fom the vendor. I sent an E-mail to their customer service but no response so
far (and no phone number.) I'm getting a bad feeling about this and would like
to cancel the order (if there was some way to do it.) Anyone knopw anything
about these guys?

I assume you are referring to midwestaquatic.com ?
Has it been more than 24 hours since you e-mailed them?

Also, they have a support forum on their web site,

Tried. It won't let me register to get into the forum. It's been about 24
hours. Probably need to give it more time.
