Do I kill the betta

I have a female betta extremely bloated (not dropsy - no coned scales) she's
been like this for a while but in the past few months, she has become so
bloated that she is now lying upside down on the gravel.

The oddity is, past her bloated abdomen her body color is extremely vibrant,
her fins are in great shape and look good. When I try to feed her, she
tries to swim to the top but she can't control her swimming due to all that
excess bloat.

My question is: Do I kill her or do I wait for her to die. (Or possibly is
there a way to heal her. I have heard this bloat is actually caused by them
eating brine shrimp egg capsules - the ones that get mistakenly put in the
tank when they are fed brine shrimp when young)

Does the color of the rest of her body indicate that she is still happy even
if she is upside down on the gravel. (I have also noticed she is now having
problems breathing)

I personally hate to have to think of euthenasia. I would but the
betta in her own tank or container, then add an airstone if you have
one. To me, it sounds as if this betta's mystery ailment is
swim-bladder disease. As far as I know, there are no reliable
medicines for swim bladder disease. Anybody with more knowledge please
correct if I am wrong. I live in a small area, my LFS doesn't have the
biggest medicine section. Anyway, I hope the fish gets well, and good
