I noticed this morning my molly upside down and somewhat tilted to the
side at the top of the tank. Then later noticed his eyes bulging. I
first assumed it was swim bladder problems. Then pop-eye. Maybe it's
dropsy.. ???

I did get some maracyn two - maybe this will help.

I'm just confused b/c it seems like swim bladder but also pop-eye.
Has anyone heard of pop-eye with the fish floating in this manner..?

Thanks, Jbutterflie.

Dropsy is a generic term for a series of internal mostly bacterial
diseases which manifest themselves in a variety of ways (pop-eye,
pine-coning scales, extended abdomen, and loss of functionality like
swimming buoyancy and orientation). Generally, the smaller the fish, the
less likely that it will survive, and it's usually regarded as incurable
with the advanced symptoms you have described. ymmv

I agree with Max, sounds like dropsy. After Googling I decided this
was a clear case where destroying the fish was the kindest thing I
coould do.
