adhesives safe for tanks ???

I want to glue a couple of rocks together to make some tunnel structure
for my black belt cichlid. If I just stack things he will knock them
over. I need some thing safe that won"t screw up the water. What would
you suggest I use?

Mulliput is a 2 part epoxy resin that is tanksafe.
Sets as hard as stone in a couple of hours.
