Emperor Caligula

I used to come here a bunch when I was running Mid-South Cichlids, and
this room used to rock. Everyone out of the hobby? Where is everyone?
Off of usenet I suppose. I know there are other cichlid forums, I
frequent them from time to time as well. I got out of the hobby a few
yrs myself, and as always, we find our way back. I've dusted off one of
the tanks, and restarted. Right now, I tossed in a huge electric yellow
( 2.5" ) another Malawian that I'm embarrassed to say the name escapes
me, he has a dark blue face, a reddish-purpleish body, long huge blue
fins protruding low. He's a good 4.5 inches long, and only about 4 to 5
mos old. I'll get the name later. And I have a mid size male Frontosa (
2 " ). I'll probably add another Tang and a victorian. At the moment
running a 75 long, with cichlid sand, rock, crushed coral and plenty of
large and small natural rock and a clay flower pot or two. Tank looks
very nice. I haven't hooked up my old wet/dry yet, and may not at all.
I'm actually successfully running two millennium 3000 filter systems (
top tank) as good as any wet/dry.
