Chchlids fighting

When adding new fish to my tank and the new fish get
picked on by my other cichlids, is it better or worse to
leave the lights on at night or no difference?

You should add them when its dark and leave it dark... They have to be
able to see it to kill it!

I would re-arrange the decor a bit too to confuse them right before...
Another suggestion wouldbe to feed the tank before puttin the new ones
in... GL!
