because the recipient didn't request it.

Anyway, they fired her.

And Deloitte & Touche fired the recipient!!!

I guess they hold their people to very high standards: if you receive
something proprietary of another company's, you'd better report it to
management yourself.

No, Deloitte & Touche didn't spot the transfer.

We had to ask for our email "back".
