I have come to the conclusion that frozen blood worms may be causing fin rot
bacteria on discus and angels. I have two seperate tanks and the only
commonality is having recently feed them FBW. Since I have stopped, they
are healing nicely.

I've had the same complaint since I lost a whole tank full of peacocks, and
have since went to Hikari freezedried BW instead of the AquaYums bitesized
Frozen BW....

The brand I used was San Francisco Bay Brand mosquito larvie blood worms.
Since I have not used it, fish are recovering from fin rot.
