Re: "famine" ... I suggest feeding your fish a bit more regularly.
Regarding "War", take a good look at your fish ( all of 'em ) & make sure
that NONE
of 'em have got any weaponry stashed away. Check on the Black moors, in
particular.
A lot of them tend to carry knives / broken bottles .... & will easily pick
fights with other
fish, especially the ones that tease them about their colour & the fact that
they're several
thousand years down the evolutionary scale & are completely unemployable &
100%
dependent upon welfare payments & the other nicer ( tax-paying) fishes.

And in the sal****er crowd, better check out the tangs and other surgeonfish.
They carry switchblades.
