Re: "famine" ... I suggest feeding your fish a bit more regularly.
Regarding "War", take a good look at your fish ( all of 'em ) & make sure
that NONE
of 'em have got any weaponry stashed away. Check on the Black moors, in
particular.
A lot of them tend to carry knives / broken bottles .... & will easily pick
fights with other
fish, especially the ones that tease them about their colour & the fact that
they're several
thousand years down the evolutionary scale & are completely unemployable &
100%
dependent upon welfare payments & the other nicer ( tax-paying) fishes.

So what Zebulon Whatelely is trying to say he has no use for african
brits or african amercians or any person ofr thing that is black in
color. Its easy to read the tone of his voice when he arbitrarily
makes reference to welfare, adn puts special emphasis on black fish.
