I have a 75 gal tank FOWLR, I just finished a partial water change and now
my water is cloudy. I didn't do anything diffrent then any other time I did
a water change so what could it be.

Are you positive yoor salt was mixed thouroughly? Was the salt in the
process of precipitating out? I have had that happen with I/O brand
salt already when it was at the initial stages of precipitating out
due to hummidity leaking into the slat container. It usually settles
out within a day or so.

Could be caused by high calcium levels, or high
bicarbonate levels. You could have some bad salt.
Make sure moisture does not get in the salt. Salt
buckets are best for this. A lot of people prefer
the bags because they are already measured out for
50 gallons. And people have other reasons to prefer
the bags. If you are using bags, store the bags in
salt buckets, even if the bags are not opened, still
store them in the buckets, as they often have tiny
holes in the seals, letting moisture slowly leak in.

You could accept some bad salt. Make abiding damp does not get in the salt. Salt buckets are best for this. A lot of humans prefer the accouterments because they are already abstinent out for 50 gallons. And humans accept added affidavit to prefer the bags.
