Does anyone have any suggestions? I've checked out "World of Fish" and
"Forest Lake Pets". I want to be pretty sure I'm getting pure strains and
not hybrids for breeding purposes.
Thanks!!!

I've always trusted World of Fish and they've never done me wrong. Very
knowledgable employees
I've seen plenty of mis-labeled fish at Forest Lake Pets. I bought a pair of
Kribs from them this past weekend and I had to tell the guy who takes care
of all the fish how to sex them. If you call them to ask them a question
about your tank or their fish, you talk to the cashier instead of the fish
clerk. I've listened to the cashier give advise on the phone while waiting
in line to pay for my fish and she had no idea what she was talking about.
Her answer to everything was "Yeah, that should be ok".

Try this place... I've been in there a few times, and they seem to
have a pretty good selection of cichlids... Depending on where you
are coming from, you may want to call first!
