Red Zebra

[Fish Rule]

Hello Everyone,

I've got a little trouble. Well, it's more like a little cichlid. My
red zebra, or at least what I think is a red zebra, always hides
behind the filter (overhang). He also stays very small. (Less than
one inch) The other fish in the tank are a pleco, 3 tin-foil barbs,
and an auratus cichlid. The Barbs will outgrow the tank soon, they
are about 3 inches long. What can I do about this, its been this size
for a year.
