growth rate of Africans and feeding ritual

I've had my african tank going for about 3 months now, I'm seeing varied
growth rates. I am feeding a variety of foods, the daily food intake would
normally consist of the following:

2 or 3 feeds a day each with:

3 pinches of HBH (is that the right 3 letters) cichlid "greens" flake, it's
eaten in 30 seconds..

a couple of pinches of HBH "soft and moist" spirulina pellets - they don't
like these as much but they do eat them.

A couple of pinches of dried brine shrimp - they love these! not every fish
gets one each time, but over a week every fish gets a good feed of brine
shrimp.

a couple of times a week they get a piece of zuccini (or sometimes cucumber
or brocoli or lettuce) that gets demolished in quick time.

can anyone give me an idea on the typical full size and growth rate of the
following:

c.moorrii - I have heard that these guys are slow growing, I have seen
some growth in my 3 since I've had them though.. they're pretty cool fish,
they often school and go on feeding missions together..

Red Empress: I've got 1 male 2 Fems, the male has grown really well, he's at
least half as big again as the females, the females have shown some growth
too, he's about 4 inches at the moment, who big will he get.

Red zebras.. these guys don't seem to be growing much at all. The funny
thing is they are the most aggresssive eaters of the lot. they tend to look
quite washed out most of the time (except for one).

My zebras....(not red, Nhkata bay)....seem to have really erratic growth rates.
Ive got a female thats almost 5 inches, and males that are still around 2
inches...they all seem to eat well.
