Which is really weird, cuz I only thought I had males in the tank :-o. I
spotted him by accident really.. just looking for one of my crabs (who I'm
hoping didn't scale out and disappear)..
The little guy was just sitting there in one of the rocks.. tiny tiny tiny..
I don't see any others though, which is odd. Anyways, I guess the one of the
red peacocks is actually a female. That's the only thing I can think of..
she's got color though and isn't entirely gray or anything.
What are the odds of that one little guy making it ya think?

they are okay....it just depends on if you have a lot of little places he
can hide.

I had 1 p .zebra fry in a tank with a bunch of full grown pseudotropheus,
.... only 1 of the fry made it, and I spotted him when he was tiny, like you,
but he is now about 2" so he is fine. My tank has a lot of texas holey rock
so...if you have stuff like that he could make it.

I do have a lotta holey rock (added some more since my last posted pics). He
was hiding out in one of them.

My yellow lab is holding at the moment, we took her out for the last 2
broods, but we are going to try leave her in the 90g african this time to
see if many/any survive (completely out of tank space for more fry!!), I'm
planning on creating a lot of sections around the tanks that only little
fishies can get in.
Good luck to him :)
