Swim bladder problem?

I posted earlier about one of my red peacocks constantly listing & swimming
on his side. The guy at the lfs seemed to think it was a swim bladder
problem, and prescribed a homeo-pathic approach. Garlic extract & Omega-A
Brine Shrimp to boost his (and his tankmates), immune system.
Any thoughts on this or a better way to treat my fish? Thanks.
