and where can I buy it? 20g. Already built.

Well welcome to the world of idiots. All the glass and plastic tanks
sold every day and you **** one up so quick and easy. Careless twit,
and by the way idiot, glass will scratch just like acrylic if you get
sand between the magnetic cleaner and the glass as well, as nothing is
bullet proof . What I really do not understand is what the **** were
you doing while it was scratching away. Surely you seen it starting to
embed in ithe plastic and leave a scratchg, aand yet you decided to
continue on cleaning it. Perhaps its best idiots like you do not have
a tank as they could hurt themselves eventually. Your contining on
using the mag cl;eaner afater its scratching is akin to sticking youir
finger in your eye and find out it hyurts yet continue on to do it
because no adult was there to stop you from doing it
again.............what a ****ing jerkoffr~

Heritage Glass in Venice, Florida carries it - owners name is Ed Mogford
941-650-4676. Tell him what you want and he will cut it for you and will
ship.
Also just about any shower door manufacturer carries it - Ed used to make
tanks comercially though and should be able to come up with something off
the top of his head.

Ordinary glass works fine. You can even used tempered glass, but you
have to be really careful working with it because it shatters if you
drill into it.

Glass is much harder than acrylic (although it can still scratch). But it
tends to be much heavier, and not quite as clear. Often has some optical
distortion, and often a greenish tint.

There's a special aquarium glass, called "Starfire" glass, which is designed
just for aquariums and has better optical properties. More expensive though.

Yeah, I've got an acrylic tank too (after starting with glass), and I don't
care for it either.

Much easier to scratch, much harder to scrape off the coraline algae, and
it requires cross bracing at the top to hold the weight of the water. I
don't like any of that.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news Don but your ****ing wrong with E
glass being made specificially for aquariums..........E glass is also
known by a trade name of Starfire Glass which is nothing more than
gloass with a controlled iron content, and its made specifically for
environmental issues (heat control and transmission) of heat passing
trhough common window glass. Being free of iron or low in iron gives
it a clear instead of greenish look when viewed on its edge. It does
however have better clarity than common float glass does, BUT its not
made specificially for aquariums............It was adapted by
companies for aquariums formthe woindopw glass trade....All the total
glass used in aquariums is not woprth firing up a glass plant for as
its a miniscule amount of glass, as compared to windows
etc...........So get your ****ing **** straight before you go off on
a rant like you know something, like the dumbassed hippy cocksucker.


Ever hear of a 55 gal tank. I bet you would be hard pressed to find
one of them that is not tempered glass, on all 5
pieces...............Tempered is not a magic trick to make glass
bullet proof you know and tempered glass will scratch as easy as
regular glass will..............get a clue, the constant on the glass
is the same regular or annealed.......... The microscopic thin sectin
that is hardened does not amount to a hill of beans when it comes to
scratching. It only comes into play when it comes to
breaking...............Like I said go get a ****ing clue.

Go to Petsmart, I bought 1 20G for less thn $30.
Petco also carry cheap tanks.

Darn dude. Thats too simple of a solution for these clowns. Imagine
going to a big box pet supply and buying an off the shelf tank made of
glass. YOU mean they sell them there things already made and you do
not have to make one out of so called special glass like is used in
shower stalls that has a fancey name and have to custom build it.

This is too simple a solution, these clowns. Imagine go to a big box pet supplies and buy ready-made tanks made of glass. You mean they sell they have made some things you do no need to make a special favorite is the so-called glass shower, a fancy name, you must custom build it.
