Hi, I had a feeder fish and a fantail in my aquarium but after I added
3 new fishes - oranda, black moor and a fantail, my feeder fish is
picking on the new fishes. Any advice. Should I take out the feeder
fish?

Yes. Commons will (in my experience) usually pick at the flowing fins and tail
of the fancies. I once placed two four inch comets in with my Orandas to clean
their tank, and they went directly after the Oranda's tails. It was a MESS
trying to catch the comets and get them out of there. The comets now reside at
PetsMart.

go to http://users.megapathdsl.net/~solo/puregold/care/care.htm and read up on
quarantining new fish. sounds like your new fish are sick, being picked on and soon
your original fish will be sick too. Ingrid
