A tank divider may work as well. However if you have a comet type and 2
fancy types, mtl there will never be parity; at least in an undivided tank

I'm still new to keeping goldfish, but I wonder if maybe your bigger
fish is bullying the others because he wants more than 3 pellets? I have
read that the general rule on feeding is to give them enough food that
can be consumed in 3 minutes.

It seems to me that 3 pellets would be consumed fairly quickly by a 3
inch goldfish. Maybe a good method would be to measure out the food not
by counting the number of pellets, but in "pinches" of food.
