Plant a 10g like a low tech tank, but with 60% planted....
plants to include, Java Fern, Anubia Nana, that's it...

2 18" T8 15W to give 30W over a 10g....

Does this sound like a recipe for algae soup???

IDK about algae soup, but I'm growing the plants you've listed (plus a
couple more) with a single 15W tube over the tank. They grow slowly,
mind you.

Thanks, would the addition of another 15W create a need for CO2? plants?
