His can someone ID this frog? I'm in southwestern PA zone 5.

Because of the fold going down his back I would say it is a female green
frog. Female because the tympanic membrane (ear) is about the same size as

Bullfrogs have a fold that goes behind the ear and then vertical toward the
front leg, not down the back.

I'm looking at the fully webbed hind feet. Even though the ridge
extends further down the back than usual I'm still thinking juvenile
bullfrog. But I have been known to be wrong.
