All my frozen food doesn't come with instructions. I've got a simple
question. Do you stick it in frozen? I usually just pop in one of the
tablets and off the fish go. I'd hate nibbling an icecube for my
dinner, should I defrost them first?

George, just toss them in frozen. They will most certainly thaw quickly in
the water, if it was to cold for the fish I would think they would leave it
alone.. I have yet to see any of my Africans Cichlids or Oscars ( many other
types of fish to ) end up with brain freeze..

Timmer..

I always defrost mine in a bowl before feeding.

I put mine in a little cup of warm water, then pour it in. After all, they
don't have hands to grab their foreheads with when the brain freeze hits!
