Have you tested your water parameters? Problems such as these are usually
caused by poor water quality. If you haven't already, test for ammonia,
nitrite and nitrate then we can go from there.
What is your PH now? As long as it doesn't fluctuate then it should be fine
at whatever level it is.

I just went through the same thing on my Oranda. It was a bacteria
infection in my case. I discovered the filter I had wasn't big enough (it
was made for that size tank, but with tropical fish in mind). I changed the
filter and added salt 0.3% to help with the healing, and the red sores were
gone in a few days. Have you changed anything in the environment recently?
Bloating? I can't help there, maybe constipation? Do you give the fish
peas? Shell them. Maybe feed only peas for a few days. Shell and give at
least 2x daily (frozen peas work best).

what are your water quality parameters, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and pH?
EMERGENCY
1. check the water parameters: pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrates
2. do the fish physical
3. change some or all of the water, add 1 teaspoon salt per 5 gallons water NOW!!!!
4. from the water parameters and physical decide on a course of action
5. if there is nothing specific, do the tub to tub method
