Help, Fish Floating.. What is this?

Hi,
I just noticed now that my fish isnt swimming right.. The goldfish
keeps floating up like he cant keep himslf right, and tips upside
down. What can I do for this? Its really late right now, so no stores
are open until tomorrow.

For now, do a 50% PWC, thaw out and skin a couple of frozen peas
(just run water over them until you can squeeze the insides out
of the skin) and feed them to him.
