While cleaning my acrylic tank, a rock got caught in my MAG - FLOAT
and scratched the inside of my fully functioning tank. I know you can
buff scrtches from the outside easily, but does anyone know how to
remove them from the interior of a full tank?

Try buffing the inside ;-P

Can I do it without emptying the tank out?
