i have a 50 gallon tank with a large (8") koi and 2 small (3-4") koi.
thinking of adding a second filter to my tetra pro that i already
have....tank is getting really dirty which i halfway expected...but want to
keep it cleaner....any recommendations on any filters that work better with
the ammonia problem koi have?
thanks

build a pond. koi need about 100 gallons per to grow and thrive.
in the meantime, get rid of the gravel and get high protein/low carb food for them.
less waste. feed small amounts more often. ogata is a good koi brand. less of
better food leaves less waste. Ingrid
