Kris
I need opinions on this;
I moved 4 apistogramma cacatoides (2 males,2 females) to my community
thank of 55G.
First week they went fine, exept of one male that got bitten in the
tail. Since yesterday, that male is hanging just next of the filter or

Safe to put a standard brown clay pot in a tank? by
Kodiak
Is it safe to put a standard brown clay pot in a tank?
I see it everywhere on cichlid sites, is this a desireable
thing for the fish to hide/breed in? No chance the clay/additives
could contaminate the water and harm fish?

How tame are your fish? by
Rich A.
For the longest time, all my fish would scatter when I walked by the tank or
opened the lid to feed, coming back after they felt the coast was clear. Now
I'm lucky to get my finger back when dropping in food :p. And everytime I
walk by, they congregate by the area I drop the food in. Sometimes I...

What lighting to use for Malawis by
Alan Silver
Hello,
I'm in the process of building a cichild tank and was wondering about
lighting. The chap at the LFS said they recommend a normal white light
and a blue one to bring out the colours. Is this sensible ? If not, what
is ?
Tank is a 24" cube.
Thanx for any advice.
