Lily
Hiya
I have an acrylic tank (about 80 litres) which I am using for three
voluptuous goldfish after the sad demise of my lizard.
The tank is unlit, and due to the size of the fish I have it filled almost
to the brim for them. I do not see how I can use lighting which rests on
top of the tank due to...

Newbie needs some help! by
aquadd
First, I'd like to set up an aquarium with some sort of pump-driven
water changing system. I always found it time consuming and
disconcerting (my Tiger Barbs nipped at my arms while I was changing
water--it just felt weird!) to use a gravel vacuum and go through all
the trouble of starting the...

how old are your fishes? by
Harry Zonard
Just out of interest.
How old is your oldest aquarium inhabitant?
my gripe with encyclopedia is they don't state the potential longevity
of fishes.
I have kept aquaden itaniyyi (Dolphin cichlid) to the ripe old age of
12 and I had to move house ...so gave them away to the local fish shop

with iron. Most of my plants are growing like crazy with the new
conditions, but some of my crypts are melting. A friend mentioned that...

However I think I have asked this before, but maybe I'll be enlightened a
bit more now ;-)
