Zone 5 - Apple snail eggs by
Heather
Looks like my apple snails have mated. I have eggs on an Arrowhead.
Should I bring the Arrow head in for the winter so I get the babies?
If I do what do you feed baby apple snails?
Thanks,
Heather

My pond is almost finished. The landscaper and two helpers arived about

contractor vs creator by
iogahC
ANY contractor can "BUILD" a pond, BUT EVERY contractor cannot "CREATE"
a pond!!!
A pond is like a building (ie. your abode) you can build yourself a
house, or you can create yourself a home.
A house can be built of cinder blocks, have unpainted pine siding,
thatched or twig roof, and
orange...

No more viruses by
pixi
I am certainly in favor of more stringent laws. There must be something out
there in the U.S. to slow the hackers, etc. down.
A month or so ago a hacker was trying to get into my computer for reasons
unknown to me. I reported him (Or her) to Norton who wrote back and said
they could do nothing...

Lighting for pond in Basement by
Mickey
I read an article that said fish do not care about lighting. So when I moved
my fish into the dark basement I made no lighting provisions. Any past
experience on fish and lighting ? The indoor pond is 4' x 4' x 3 deep 300
gallons. The water temp will be about 72° all winter. I am looking at a
cover...
