EHEIM - EHFISUBSTRAT replace ??? why ??? by
Iain Miller
"When changing the filter medium use approximately 1/3 of the used,
uncleaned material again in order to support the new development of
the bacteria"
I can understand not wanting to replace the entire volume of the

Snails ona CO2 diffuser by
gizmo
This might sound funny...
I don't mind snails in my planted tank, but is there a way to keep them out
of the CO2 diffuser ?
I try to keep both diffusers clean but is there another way to prevent
snails entering it ?
Thanks

Tank heaters. Which one is the best for tropicals? by
Dave
Here is something really interesting.
Jesus Christ is a False Messiah
According to Jesus' admissions, as well as the Bible's prophecies,
Jesus of Nazareth could not have been the Messiah. This of course,
would invalidate Christianity as we know it. The compilation
presented here shall be split...

Stores near the Monterey, California area by
Clay Blankenship
Any good stores in the Monterey Bay area, preferably with sal****er
fish? I know of one in Marina (I forget the name.) and Pets and Ponds
in Seaside. What about Santa Cruz, Gilroy, etc? Also, are there any
stores in the Silicon Valley area that would be worth the drive up?
Thanks,
Clay

Bob Phelps
Did you get the online version or the CD version?
They say that they are also coming out with version 4
soon. It will cost $5 (for those who bought Aquarix 3
in August or September 2003) to upgrade and is downloadable
only.

alt.binaries.aquaria -- pictures, may not be carried by many servers by
Terry
" alt.binaries.aquaria -- pictures, may not be carried by many servers."
The above line is from The Krib rundown on various Newsgroups and their
purposes. I found this a strange statement. One picture is worth a thousand
words after all. I have read many times in various groups about how...

Building tanks by
David Willett
As far as I have seen there are very few 'good' sights on building tanks. I
have used http://www.thekrib.com/TankHardware/
with great sucess in the past. I have built a 39g. all glass tank and am in
the process of modifing a design for a 200+g. plywood w/glass window tank.
I have used the yahoo...
