Andy Black
Hi,
It's been about a year since I set up my 75 gallon reef tank (some pics
at http://www.spazthecat.com/iblog/B93549880/index.html) and I was now
looking to optimize anything I could. So, I was looking for a little
advice as far as what I should do first.
My set up is as follows:

Black Spots on Percula Clowns by
Mort
The past few weeks I have been noticing these black spots on my Perculas.
They appear to change in shape, size, and position.
I am not aware of any diseases like this.
Anyone familiar with this situation?
TIA

HOB overflows by
D.S.
What is the best HOB overflow? I have a CPR overflow now that has to have a
pump to keep it primed. It has gotten clogged and made a mess in the past.
My tank isn't predrilled, so I need a better alternative.
TIA

Canadian Prices by
George Burnt
I live in Ottawa Canada, and when I read that an American thinks stuff is
expensive, I must laugh. You guys don't know the meaning of the word.
When a hermit crab that is smaller than my finger nail cost $4.00, and I
need 150 of them you are talking $600 just for little tiny little hermits.

Crab ID by
BSackamano
Can someone help me ID this guy? These pics are all a little blury, but I
think show enough detail. It looks exactly like an emerald, but red (are
there red emeralds?). Also, should I be trying to remove him? As far as I
can tell, he hasn't done any damage but he's getting HUGE...I would guess...

corals airline carry on by
riccosuave
Has anyone tried to transport live corals or fish in their carry on luggage?
I have searched the carry on rules and don't see sal****er prohibited, but
the screener is given total freedom to prohibit items not listed.
thank you

Do I have the right mix of my ATI T5 High Output aquarium bulbs? by
Ed Schreibman
I have 2 36" Sunlight supply lights with 8 bulbs each
Total 16 39 W bulbs, 72" across.
I admit I pretty much guessed at the bulbs to get, the quantity and
the placement.
I keep SPS and others in my tank.
How does this arrangement seem to you?
Also, is 12 hours on a good amount?
I 'pair' the T-5...

Goodbye by
reefman MC
My computer has filters on it that will not let me view this website
which I put on it because I am a Christian and I have no desire to look
at filthy stuff. So this site is no longer an option for me. I've
enjoyed my time here at Reef-chat helping others and getting help for
myself. Good...

Von Fourche
I've decided to move up from my little 29 gallon fish tank (one clown
fish and three other fish -damsel(sp?)). Anyway, I want to move up to 100
gallon tank and start keeping a little more difficult fish than clown fish.
In the two pet stores I went to, I only found one 100 gallon tank, and
it was...

Anemone Selection by
Miguel
Greetings,
I have a 55 gal tank with 3x Occelaris clownship.
I'm looking to add a anemone to the tank which I'd like to have hosting the
clowns.
The H. Magnifica looks a nice one but heard it is quite a difficult anemone
to maintain in the tank.
Any comments / suggestions appreciated.
